Why should I pay over $ 2 a month to Bell Canada for a touchtone service, that...

...is standard for over 20 years ? Why there has not been any ruling over this dis-proportinate collection by Bell-Canada for over 20 years. They still continue to charge the consumers. The only optin today for most people is touchtone ( probably 99.999 %).

Did you hear about the guy that got charged 85,000$ on his bell bill. I changed long ago to Rogers, up to you. Cheers.

A spokesman for Bell said the company will adjust Staniaszek's bill to 3,243 dollars, as "a measure of goodwill."

You shouldn't have to. What can we do about it? Nothing. Thank the CRTC.

Because you're right, it's not like you have the option to use Pulse dialing exclusively.

    It's a scam.
