Phonezoo. && monthly cingular internet charges?

I have a question

so i just made and downloaded to my phone a ringtone i made at phonezoo.com.
It is free but however going onto the internet on my phone is not...correct?
I have cingular

if thats not clear enough...on phonezoo you create a ringtone then recieve a txt message saying to go to this website on your phone...does that cost money?

Yes, it does. Using your browser on your phone to open web pages counts as data usage and Cingular(AT&T for now) charges for that.
