SIM card - Tmobile. My sim card wont transfer all my saved info to my sidekick.?

I broke my phone. So I am borrowing a friend's sidekick. Its picking up my service but didnt transfer any of my info like all my contacts, pictures and text messages. Is there anything special I am supposed to do? My sim card usually works in other phones. Please help.

yea. you need to go to your phonebook and press the menu type button, the one with all the circles i believe then you will see something thats say like import phonebook from simcard.

i havent had a sidekick in awhile but its somehting like that. i hope that helps.

if not dial 611 and you can talk to tmobile customer care and they will help!

it depends on if u saved any of that to ur simcardd
pictures wont go.
contacts had to be saved to sim card and text messages as well.. the texts would have automatically have gone.
thecontactss if they are saved on a sim card this is how it should show up
go toaddresss book
press the optionsButtonon (has 3 lines)
go to view
sim card
then this is the last part
press the options button again
click copy to device and thats it

okay i had the same problem, i have the sidekick aswell. what you do is go to contacts, and prss menu and the press "transfer contacts to sidekick" and you can do that in any form, such as picand messages, i i help.
