How do I sue Sprint PCS?

I called customer service and the man I spoke with was very disrespectful? He spoke down to me and hung up on me. I didn't get his name or any type of id. I've been a sprint customer for almost 9 years striaght. I felt terrible by this situation. I feel I should sue Sprint. What type of lawyers do I need to contact? Should I sue?

You can only sue if you were materially harmed in any way. If you can demonstrate that their actions cost you money, then you can sue for that amount, but you'll have to be able to prove it in a court of law.

Encountering a rude customer service agent isn't damage. It's just part of everyday life.

I dont think you have any solid grounds to sue and win the case here. What you could do is call them back ask for supervisor and since you don't know who you were talking to, give them the date and time-frame that you called. They might be able to figure out who you were talking to and take actions. This time make sure you know the supervisors name or ID because incase if he/she's of no help and is rude to you, you should write a letter to the Sprint headquarters. One mean long one and tell them that you are going to another provider and they BETTER wave your early termination fee.

You haven't named anything that would give you a right to sue.

No, you cannot sue unless you have damages.

Call back and immediately ask for a supervisor. They _should_ keep track of the employee ID referenced to your phone number.

Are you serious? You know, about the best you can expect to get out of this is an apology. You wont win any money.
