    I got really angry and screamed and punched my wall for about 2 hours and

    then when I calmed down i now have..? a spasm in my leg....a muscle spasm that is. Im only 19 years old.... is this anything to worry about? Will it go away?

    if it is not enough to cause problems in using that muscle, i.e walking jumping etc... then no, you are just fine, I get them all the time whether I do a lot or am laying down, and they go away after a few seconds to a couple days at worst (but that only happened once)

    and Jamie ... I don't think you are his mother, and I know for a fact that he didn't ask you that, read the question next time.

    You have anger problems. I suggest you get anger management....or a punching bag. Hitting the wall is not only solving nothing and being immature, but it's disrespectful to who ever owns the house.
