...erase contacts and e-mail helpme i just to have msn for internet paying 23 dollars a month now i have aat dsl for 19 dollars a month but what i did not know that everything was erased all my contacts,adrresses, e-mails, i cant even access my old account at yahoo so how can i retrive that i nformation or it is lost for ever and i have to start fresh
