i bought a t-mobile shadow about a month ago and a week after i got it i was having problems with it, so i took it back and then gave me a new one. well a week ago the new one did it again! so i took i went back to the store, but they said this time i would have to call the hotline because it has been past the 15 day return policy! but they will still send me a new phone!
but i was just wondering if anybody knows if t-mobile will just let me trade it for a blackberry pearl. because i am getting really tired of this dang phone and all the problems i have been having with it!! and my cousin has the same phone and hers has been doing the same thing too!!!
