What else are in our food not mentioned in the nutrition label?

Some food or processed food like cereals have 0g of sugar, but actually have a high amount of High Fructose Corn Syrup and Sucrose.

What else that is unhealthy for us are in foods we eat, not labeled on the Nutrition Table.

The syrup is listed in the ingredients and most people are savvy enough to know that means the cereal contains sugar and it will be listed in the grams per serving anyway.

anything that rhymes with grooss like sucrose glucose blucose. i learned that a while ago its gross. oh and milk has cow pusss in it . YUCK

They don't list insects or mouse and rat poop.
