Motorola Razr2 V8 (Tmobile)?

OK so I heard this was a great phone. But I heard a rumor that you cannot take a picture with the phone closed and you cannot use the outside screen as a viewfinder. Is this true? Is there a better phone I should get from T-Mobile instead? What about the new Nokia 6263? Thanks!
