problems with connecting things to internet.?

i have wireless internet. i have both a laptop and a desktop. both have windows vista. both connect to the internet but on the two computers therre is no blue circle.
I havent been able to get internet connection on the nintendo wii or my ipod touch. i have a feeling this has something to do with it. the ipod touch says its connected to my wireless interenet but when i open safari it says safari cant open the page because it cant find the server. for the wii it just doesnt connect.
also like when i do things sometimes downloading things says it doesnt have a full enough connectioon to download things.
