    Forgive me, but...

Aubrey Huff will hit a home run. No Yankee will homer. Derek Jeter will hit an apparent game-winning homer, but it will be called back by instant replay. He will then strike out to end the game.

George Sherrill will record the final out.

    Final score - BAL 6 - NYY 4

The Yankees will then move into "Yankee Stadium," paid for by you, the taxpayer, complete with more luxury amenities for the white-collar folks who will crowd out the average fans little by little. Funny how these things work.

As far as I'm concerned, the final game at Yankee Stadium was played on September 30, 1973, before they essentially tore it down and "renovated" it.

Marvin Lane homered for Detroit, and Duke Sims homered for the Yankees. John Hiller recorded the final out, and the Tigers won 8-5 in front of a huge, gigantic (tiny, paltry) season-ending crowd of 32,238:

OK this feels really weird to say...but I'm actually hoping that the Yankees win their final game at Yankee Stadium. This is probably the first & last time I'll ever be hoping that the Yankees win a game. lol.

    Home run-- A-Rod
    Final out-- Rivera
    Final score-- 4-2 Yankees
