verizon phone problem!?

ok so i have an env and the battery is really loose and also the thing you twist to get the camera lens is really loose too! it also takes forever to send a txt..... im gonna go to verizon but is there anyway i can get them to give me a chocolate instead? cuz i really like it! and i dont really like my env...

no they cant just swap u up to a different model unless they no longer carry the phone that u are taking back. u will get the same model phone that u take into the store.
