back to it for the 3rd month? Im doing a cardio workout (hip hop abs) and i really like it bc its not hard on my knees. However i want to do some strength training (i have a routine from when i used to go to the gym) so my body doesnt get used to hip hop abs. If i do hip hop abs one month and then strength training for the next, and for the 3rd go back to hip hop abs, would that make my weight loss improve? or shall i do 3 days of strength training and 3 of cardio?
