i have a laptop....but i don't have internet connection...in my laptop screen appears an internet user(My neighbors connection) i click on it but it asks or a code that the modem has... can someone tell me how can i get the code without my neighbor to know???

no! don't use someone's modem u can use it but sometimes he may figure it out and he may complaint to police be careful. u can buy a connection of charter for less money or try netzero
