How do I unlock my ORIGINAL (version 1) Iphone?

I recieved an ORIGINAL version 1 Apple Iphone for Christmas. Never activated b/c I didn't want to switch plans (I have SunCom which just changed over to T-mobile.) I want to "unlock" it so I can use it on my current plan. Does anybody know how to go about doing this? I've seen some tutorials online but I don't trust myself and would be so ticked if I ruined it. Also, does it work the exact same if it's unlocked? I want all my Apps to work! Can anybody offer any advice? Or can vouche for somebody that could do it for me?

do you want to unlock your iPhone from t-mobile ? In which country your iPhone is locked to ? Use Remote unlocking service to unlock it . You can get it from any of the online vendors like OnlineGSMUnlock.com to unlock it .
