I own a Toyota Hilux 270 52 plate diesel d4d and it keeps blowing off

the fuel return pipe on the fuel pump ? while I'm driving (about every 20 miles). I had a veg oil kit fitted professionally about 6mths ago. Does any1 know why it's blowing off the short 90 degree rubber fuel return pipe.

your return line is kinked or plugged with debree, maybe from when the kit was done.take off the fuel cap and blow thru the line to the tank and listen for air or bubbles to be certain

Sounds like the fuel return pipe may be blocked?there is very little pressure in the return system?just use a clean bit of pipe and blow it back to your tank.hope this helps
