I found a flower (4 inches tall) in a damp, mid minnesota woods over the weekend. ?

The flower was unique because I think it is a mushroom. The flowers stem and leaves (tight around stem), are white and have the texture of a mushroom. The flower itself has white pedals tightly around it's 'innerds'. Yes, this looks just like a flower but is all white. Any quess's as to the name of this plant? I have searched many websites but have not located an answeree. Perhaps it is undiscovered!
