HOW DO I BLUETOOTH phone pix/vids to my laptop?

Somebody i know mentioned a "dongle"how do i set blue tootht on my laptop and do i need that dongle thing?
I am trying to send the pix from my mobile........
plus-wat and where do i click on the tool bar thing?

where is the browsre located ...i can not find one!

do you already have bluetooth on your computer?

If not, you have to buy a USB thing.

Just search for Bluetooth on your computer

you need to buy a bluetooth dongle, it's like a flash drive. plug it on your computer and install the driver, read the manual and im sure you'll know how to.
