Bluetooth Trouble!!!!!?

on my bluetooth it will recieve an incoming call with no problems but when i try to make an outgoing call no sound can be heard on either line but it connects the phone call...please help

This may sound funny but hold the phone up to your ear when you place the call and turn the bluetooth headset off and turn it right back on immediately afterwards. After it starts up, you should hear the other person through the headset. Hope I've helped!
