Can u track a house address with a computers internet IP address?

hi well basically i got my self in a bit of a fiddle with work... and basically i was told that if some one has an IP address they can tell were that computer's were abouts it meaning address...? is this true or was they just chatting crap?

Hi no its impossible to find your exact location from your ip address..If any one figure out your network ip address then just by doing ip search for your ip address at sites like they can get details like ip location ,country ,ISP address ,latitude and so on ....

It is not possible to find the pin point location of an IP address. You can only find the basic geographical locations like country, state, zone, pin code, etc., using any IP lookup websites like IP-Details.com good luck.
