I just put this crate engine in a couple months ago. it runs good but on rainy days it runs real sluggish the power steering sometimes goes out and the idle is real sluggish! it has a new msd dist. and msd wires what else can cause this. every thing on the the engine is just about new. would you say it has to do with spark or vacuum? please give me some advise thanks!

could you possibly be getting some moisture in the dist cap or could your spark plug wires be breaking down in the moisture
