cellphone guestion?

We just bought new cellphones. I have a samsung sgh-a737 my husband has a nokia 6555.They both have bluetooth. Well my guestion is why can we only recieve 7 seconds of a download(a joke or video)?After 7 seconds it just stops We can send a partial joke to someone else and they get the whole thing? Is there a setting that we need to change. I have called att&t,and the cellularone store that we bought them from. NO help! Thanks!

mine does that but its asks me before switching off do i want 3 more mins and does that all the time i just press yes maybe if u switch you mode to all the time wich uses battery more but just try on the mode menu click bluetooth on always goodluck
