...the audio quality? Hi all,
i download an audio file in mp3 format (64kbps) from a website, and i convert it to mp3 format (128kbps).
However, though the filesize is indeed doubled, i do not notice any change in audio quality when i compare them. So i would like to know whether an audio file can really be upgraded in quality. Or must i directly rip from CD if i want a good quality file? Sad...=(
