This girl text messaged me saying to get gas because FEMA ordered all trucks out of the area so there might be a gas shortage. I live in south-central Texas. I don't see it on CNN or News 8 Austin but the websites don't have information like the TV does and I don't have access to a TV right now I'm at work.

Did anyone else hear FEMA ordered all of the gas trucks out b/c of Ike?

I can't find that info either but there is definitely a run on Gas in East Texas. I always fill up before a hurricane comes incase gas stations lose power. Without electricity you cannot pump gas. Tha is what is causing the run to fill up.
