These are all uncomfirmed:

I've heard, in addition to Olivia reprising her role, that Nate (to be called "Nathan") will be coming back with his band to perform at Indigo. He will be played by Kadeem Hardison (from the show "A Different World).

Beth Maitland has been put on recurring status so hopefully we will see more of Tracy. Looks like the Abbotts are making a comeback!

Also, there have been rumors that Jana finds a lump in her breast when she goes in for a checkup.

Victor will order Victoria and Nick off the ranch (maybe he forgets that Victoria bought the house they live in).

Ok I just found out that the Olivia one is confirmed she will be reprising her role at the end of September.

Cassius Willis will temporarily return for his role as Detective Wallace on September 17th and 18th. He was the one to investigate the crash that killed David and Sabrina.

Perhaps the detective has more news about the car crash...or just information on Walter (and his death).
Oh and the same lady (Tonya Lee Williams) will play Olivia.
