Ok so I put the work quick in for a reason. I have been body-building for about 5 months now, packed on a good 6 pounds of muscle or so and lost some fat, down to about 8% or so (I wrestle). So school is starting back up and I'm running low on time. I know about super-sets, which is the fastest to my knowledge, anything else a bit quicker to get your muscles pumped to get in and out of the gym?
