Not pooping as much as i think i should?

It started about a week ago, normally for me i have bowel movements about two or three times a day. I still do have bowel movements about two or three times a day but they are much much smaller (about a 1/4 of what was normal for me). Ive tried drinking the Metamucil Fiber powder with water twice a day, ive even tried taking a few ex lax with little success. Ive been drinking lots and lots of water too. I still get hungry all the time and don't have pain in my abdomen. Nothing about my diet has changed recently. Should i stop eating til my bowel habits return to normal? Could it just be constipation? Im a little concerned as this is the first time this has ever happened to me. Any suggestions or answers would be a great help. Kinda stressed out about it =(

The more stress you have, the more the problem won't go away. Try eating a high fibre cereal for breakfast every day. Our bodies change as we all get older.

My poops are always a big lot & they look like an ice-cream.
No bad odour too.I think that's because i ate a lot of rich daily.
Maybe you should try to eat more flour product too.
