anxiety over nothing, how to control?

i thought it was because i was starting a new school sorta thing but i have done that but this morning i just suddenly have a small attack and i dont know what it is for now i cant relax, keep figiting and my stomach feels asif its about to fall outta my arse.

Ive cut down on my caffeine intake by 90% (cant go without my morning tea), tried meditating and drinking water.
Nothing has calmed me down even a little bit
