Breckfast: Fruit and Fibre Cereal , In a general sized bowl and a glass of apple juice

BreakTime (in school): Cereal Bar

LunchTime (in school): A Sandwich , 2 layers of brown bread , with chicken (the chicken from the packet) and some rocket

Dinner ( after school): (this varys alot but this is things i have sometimes) , ...a pasta salad meal... , ...a ready meal(a healthy ready meal like noodles)..., ...fish peas brocoli and parsley sauce..., ...potatoes chicken and sweetcorn...

Other: 1 other piece of fruit and/or a cereal ar

and i also drink water throughout the day
