sometimes when its real cold in the morning my car wont crank at all. ill have to keep trying till it eventually come on. does anyone know whats wrong with it. some people say the fuel pump or fuel filter. i don't know what to do.

if it only does it when it is really cold outside it could be your battery. batteries have a rating called cold cranking amps(CCA). Your car has a certain CCA rating that it needs in order to start in temperatures below 32 degrees. it is better to have a higher CCA rating then what your car requires, then to be too low. I am not 100% on the rating for a 92 civic but i believe it is 550 CCA. If the CCA rating on your battery is too low when it gets cold your car will turn over very very slow and usually takes a few tries before it comes on. hope this helps.
