Its called gefilte fish its like stuffed pike or carp with onions cheese and mozza balls or whatever those are called. I think its mailny eaten by the jewish faith.

it's totally on rugrats movie when dill is born. and they go to the hospital and one of the delivery rooms is aquatic and the gramma says "she's delivering a baby, not a kafilka fish"

Its from rush hour chris rock trys to say it a couple times and cant pronounce it right
