Is it true you cant know how you feel about someone until you meet them?

internet relationships are veryy hard to believe.. i mean they could have a family of their wn or they could be a couple of teenagers who are joking around .. i think definatly u need to meet them efore knowing how u feel abut themm ..

How can you have feelings for someONE you haven't met who could turn up to be ANYONE! Feelings are more or less your perception of someone, but to be able to make a clear judgment there is supposed to be a personal contact of some kind i.e speaking over the phone and not just sending massages on some chatting website.What one might feel however is the urge to meet the person one has been communicating with on the net.

like how they look like,
they could have gotten a fake picture
or edited a good one of them
theyre decieving
i would meet them FIRST.
i mean anyone has the balls to say something

Well I Think You Can Know How You Feel About Someone Before You Meet Them.
I Met The Guy I'm Seeing Over The Internet And Before We Started Seeing Each Other He Was Always So Nice And Caring.
But You Do Need To Find Out Whether They Are Who They Say Are.
Make Sure They're Not Some 50 Year Old Pervert.
But If You're Both Willing To Make It Work Then I Don't See Why It Shouldn't.
