OK I'm a 14 yr old female and I weight about 125 pound.
I want to lose fat in my arms and legs. And I have heard
that you can't target one area of fat, and lose it. And you
just lose fat from everywhere. Is that true???

So if I ride a bike for 30 minutes- 1 hour a day for 2-3 months, Will I lose weight in my legs and arms???

And if it doesn't work can you please tell me a way that will help
me lose weight (At home)
