im using the DVDVideoSoft.com Free youtube to ipod converter and im having some probloms . After i put in the youtube video url and click Downlaod&Convert this thing pops up saying
" Access violation at address xxxx in module xxxx . Read of address 000000 "
what does that mean? It whont let me go any further with the download & convertion process. How can i fix this?
