sometimes i download a video from limewire , watch it, and delete it. However - this time around its a quick time video format and neither does the completed one delete from my saved file nor does the incomplete video delete from my incomplete file .

i get the message that 'xyz' cannot be deleted. it is being used by another person or persons. Close any programs which may be using the file and try again

how do i get rid off it pronto ?
