I suggest neither; search the web for "before" and "after" aerial or satellite pictures of areas 25 years ago and today. Where glaciers once existed now vast riverbeds; ski areas where now the mountains are bare. Where treelines have risen, that kind of thing would be much more impressive than a greenhouse - what does a greenhouse have to do global planetary change? (except the name of an effect)

Depends...how are you relating either one to global warming? What are you trying to show/prove by making a greenhouse? What are you trying to prove/show by making a car? Right now, your project ideas seem unfocused.
