Latin style instrumental guitar songs for restaurant cafe gig?

Hi I am trying to get a gig at a restaurant/cafe playing spanish/latin instrumental music on guitar. No vocals, more background type music.

I want to make backing tracks so I can play guitar along with them. I already have some Santana songs so could someone please give me suggestions to any latin style music that would be good for restaurants/cafes?
