What is a good hour workout routine in the morning that can be done

without any equipment? I'm a little out of shape since my college years, and I need to loose weight around my stomach, legs, and arms, and I need to rebuild muscle. What is a simple regime I can try, every day, or varying days?

I'm sorry for asking this, but I can't find anything anywhere that's just simple and sans equipment.

Well, I do have barbells/weights and such.
 
actuatly the best 2 things to do are running (or walking if you need to build up to running) and doing sit ups. also if you do sit ups do them corectly. have your hands by your ears (not underneith your head).

these are the best things. thats why people have been doing them since the beggining of time.
