(for TORONTONIANS): In your opinion, what should be done to the Gardiner Expressway?

As everyone knows, the structures of our bridges, expressways and roads are deteriorating. Most cities in Canada allows a total of 75% of expiration limit to those constructions before fixing them. Several have fallen/are falling apart.
