well i work on my calfs 3-5 times a week but i mostly do weights ect: when im mad are motavated on friday i did 400 somthing calf rises with very short breaks (10-20 secs) with 25 kg on minly cause i was really mad and fustrated at somthing so i talk out the fustration on exercise but the next day my calfs were fairly sore like every time i walked it was like a pin being stuck in now 2 days on its like a knife being stuck in and i have to walk on my toes to ease the pain when walking.
any ideas on what it could be and or when it will heal or what i can do with it, im back to school on monday so this is a really bad time for this to happen.
