...frozen, thawed, or prepared state? I have pre-cooked frozen chicken breasts which are boneless and skinless that says that 1 serving equals 4 ounces. So I'm just wondering, does that mean I should weigh the chicken in its frozen, thawed, or prepared state to figure out what 1 serving is equal to?
Well, what if it wasn't chicken? I'm just using that one as an example. I do measure a lot of other frozen food as well that aren't chicken.
Anyways, someone please answer the overall question and thank you.
