I have a spotted saltwater puffer that looks like an arrow is sticking out of its under right side... it's a reddish color and has "feather" like textures pointing backwards... if anyone has an idea please respond... please no bullshit answers thank you

Could be an ulcer. You can buy treatment for about £5 from a pet store. Hope it gets better x
