Chevy's guacamole recipe!?

Does any one work at chevys that knows how to make the guacamole dip?

I love there dip so if you saw them make it or work there can you tell me how to make it?

I THINK THIS ONE IS THE CLOSEST TO THEIR.. ON THE WEBSITE THEY WONT SAY SO.. I HOPE IT WORKS



Ingredients

* 2 Avocados
* 1 Lime
* 1 Clove of Garlic, Finely minced
* 1 tablespoon Red Onion, Fincely chopped
* Jalapeno pepper (1/2 of one), Fincely minced
* ½ teaspoon Oregano
* 1 teaspoon Cumin (or more to taste)
* 2 tablespoons Tomato (with pulp removed), Finely chopped
* 1 tablespoon Cilantro, Finely Minced

Preparation

Cut avocados in half and scoop out into bowl. Mash to desired consistency. Add red onion, garlic, jalapenos, tomatoe, and cilantro. Squeeze lime into mixture. Mix in oregano and cumin. I made this recipe after eating Guacamole at Chevy’s Mexican Restaurant. They told me the basic ingredients, so I went home and tried it. The oregano is what makes it a bit different.
