Blackberry curve questions, please help!?

Mmkay so i have a few questions.

1. How do you turn down the volume of your phone (not when you talk on the phone) but the ringtone, sms text, voicemail. etc.etc. I know how to put it on low/quiet/load/vibrate etc. But when i put it on low its still LOOOUUUDDDD! Is there anyway to turn it down anymore to a fuller extent?
2. Also how to you three way call?

ok here is what you need to do.

1. Go into your profiles

2. Then advanced *(All the way at the bottom)*

3. Then Click on loud, and go into phone, and under volume choose the setting you would like, and do the same thing for SMS messages, Email.

For a 3 way call

1. Make a call, or answer a call, and hit the menu key, select new call, and then it will take you to your address book, when you have found who you would like to 3 way. Hit send, and when you get them on the line hit the menu key and select confrence.
