Is it possible to complain against someone that rushes you out of the pool?

i mean the lady that works always tries to rush the people out of the dressing or locker room can they do that?. Can we complain?

I guess you could complain if you know who to complain to. Maybe it's the rule they have to follow, which states that people are only allowed a certain amount of time in the dressing rooms.
