Sounds like you are hooked up to your subconscious mind big time! Just do this: take each complaint and say, "Later, back burner for you today"
then take 10-20 minutes of your day to hear them out. Then go back to
the same practice immediately after the 10-20 minutes. Every part of you
wants to be acknowledged but you decide who runs the show using your intelligence and your free will.
