So one of my coworkers and I have become pretty close friends. We meet outside of work occasionally, but mostly our conversations are held during work hours. However, our friendship has seemed to cause a frenzy of gossip between our other coworkers causing tension between the two of us. How do we manage to maintain a friendship while minimizing the gossip? And how can I avoid letting the gossip already spread reach my bosses???
