Ive been a WWE fan since 1997 when I was 4 and I've always wanted to be a WWE wrestler. But also I began Wanting to be a UFC fighter as well. So my question is what can I do do begin to get myself in shape other than exercise? Im 5'7 Im 15 and I weigh 149 lbs. Im not fat but I got some. I got to the gym almost everyday for about an hour and I do cardio and weights. What else can i do? Even if its just around the house
