what is the engine oil of the vw polo mk4 and what is the tyre pressure please answer asap!!!!!

really tire pressures has to be judged by the drive only that person will be able to look at tire and see if they are wearing each car and each type of tire will be some what different.... there is a recomended pressure from company and there is a max look on inside of driver's door and the side of tire anywhere between the two is right only the driver can see the tires.... if single driver and no riders or is it a family full in the car
