I'm 17 and my period is very irregular, so my doctor prescribed me Zovia 1/35. I asked her about the side effects, she said the only serious one is stroke. And she also said it will help my acne. When i got home i researched Zovia on line and it said that it will worsen acne and facial hair and cause weight gain bc it is high in progesterone and androgen. She only prescribed me a month of supply and told me to come back in 3 weeks. I'd rather not get my period than have excess facial and worse acne. what should i do?
